For all Holiday and Special Event dates there is a 14-day cancellation policy the credit card will be charged in full.

Payment Policy: Please note that your credit card will be charged in full 5 days prior to your check-in date.
Upon arrival at the property please note you will be required to place a credit card for any incidentals and as a security deposit of $200. Should there be no charges your credit card will be refunded the entire amount at checkout. **Please note that if you use a debit card it can take up to 7 days to receive the refund.
PLEASE NOTE- Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM so if you arrive earlier to check in you will receive your keys and an information insert but you will not be able to check into your room prior to 3:00 PM. You can store your belongings at the bell desk if you wish so you can enjoy what the property has to offer.
Signature has only valet parking and is available at no cost for one car only per reservation. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the MGM parking structure and guests can utilize the indoor corridor walkway from MGM to the Signature.
Please note that the Signature is a smoke-free property, should you smoke in the room or on the balcony there will be a $500 deep cleaning fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ANYTHING IS DAMAGED, BROKEN OR MISSING FROM THE PROPERTY AFTER CHECKOUT THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
Although Jet Luxury Resorts manages exclusive units within these properties, these rooms are the same rooms as the hotels' and all check-in/ check-out procedures are the same through the hotel’s front desk. Please note you will be charged directly by Jet Luxury Resorts for your room accommodations (this will show Jet Luxury Resorts, San Diego on your credit card statement.) Further, please note that you have booked your stay with a third-party management company and all correspondence regarding your booking needs to be directed to Jet Luxury Resorts and not to the property itself.
